The Public Offer (Agreement) for the provision of services and the rules of accommodation at the Hotel determine the content of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Hotel and the User, operate simultaneously and complement each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>1. \u0417\u0430\u0433\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0456 \u043f\u043e\u043b\u043e\u0436\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1. This Public Offer defines the terms of the contract in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is an official Public Offer addressed to other persons (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d or \u201cUsers\u201d) to conclude an agreement on the provision of accommodation services to the User (provision of a room (place) for temporary residence) on the terms set out below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2. Hereinafter, in the text of the Public Offer (Agreement), the Hotel and the User are jointly referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d, and each individually as a \u201cParty\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal capacity, as well as all rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and perform the Agreement in accordance with its terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. The text of the Public Offer (Agreement) is posted on the website https:\/\/rikka-khust.com in the contacts tab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. The User consents to the disclosure to third parties of information arising in connection with the execution of this Public Offer (Agreement) and the User&#039;s receipt of services from the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6. The Hotel&#039;s activities are regulated by the Law of Ukraine &quot;On Tourism&quot;, the Rules for the Use of Hotels and Similar Facilities for Accommodation and the Provision of Hotel Services, approved by Order of the State Tourism Administration of Ukraine dated March 16, 2004 No. 19, and other regulatory legal documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>2. \u041f\u0440\u043e\u043f\u043e\u0437\u0438\u0446\u0456\u044f (\u043f\u0443\u0431\u043b\u0456\u0447\u043d\u0430 \u043e\u0444\u0435\u0440\u0442\u0430)\/ \u041f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043c\u0435\u0442 \u0434\u043e\u0433\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0443<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. The subject of the Public Offer\/Agreement is the provision by the Hotel to the User for a fee of accommodation services, by providing a room (place) for temporary residence at the address of the Hotel&#039;s location, in a specially equipped room (room) in accordance with the booking order. In addition to accommodation services for temporary residence, the Hotel may provide additional services on a paid basis in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the tariffs\/prices specified in the Hotel&#039;s information documentation and\/or on the website https:\/\/rikka-khust.com and\/or on social networks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2. The Agreement is considered concluded and enters into force as an accession agreement from the moment the Customer takes any action provided for in clause 3.4 of the Agreement, which means the full and unconditional acceptance by the latter of all the terms of the Agreement without any exceptions and\/or limitations in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The Agreement for the provision of accommodation services is concluded by the User by means of acceptance of the Public Offer, has legal force in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is equivalent to an agreement signed by the parties and is considered such that the User has familiarized himself with and agrees with the terms of this Public Offer (Agreement).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>3. \u041f\u043e\u0440\u044f\u0434\u043e\u043a \u0443\u043a\u043b\u0430\u0434\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0434\u043e\u0433\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0443<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. The Agreement is concluded between the Hotel and the User in the form of an accession agreement (Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. Acceptance of the Public Offer is the User&#039;s performance of any of the actions specified in clause 3.4 of the Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3. Acceptance of the Public Offer means the User&#039;s full, unconditional and unreserved acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Agreement without any exceptions and\/or limitations and is equivalent, according to Part 2 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, to the conclusion by the Parties of a bilateral written agreement on the terms set out in this Public Offer. Conclusion of the Agreement means that the User:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 has fully read and agrees with the rules of accommodation at the Hotel;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 acknowledges the unconditional suitability of the Hotel premises to meet the needs described in this agreement;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 accepts all the terms of this agreement without comments or objections.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4. In accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the User confirms the fact of acceptance of the Public Offer in the event of performing any of the following actions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 payment for temporary accommodation services through the reception and accommodation service (reception) in cash or by bank transfer based on issued invoices, or by bank card;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 direct use of the Hotel services by the User (accommodation);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 filling out a registration card at the reception.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.5. The user undertakes to independently enter (report) when registering on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">receiving Hotel services, reliable personal data and information that correspond to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.6. The term of acceptance of this Public Offer is unlimited.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>4. \u041f\u043e\u0441\u043b\u0443\u0433\u0438 \u0413\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044e \u0442\u0430 \u0443\u043c\u043e\u0432\u0438 \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0436\u0438\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. The Hotel accepts Users for accommodation around the clock.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5. The day of registration is the date of the User&#039;s arrival at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.6. When ordering services by the User at regular and\/or promotional rates, including in the event of any force majeure circumstances, the date of registration may be changed by agreement between the User and the Hotel under the terms of clause 5.14 of this agreement. In this case, the date of registration may be changed to a new date only at the current rate for the new date of registration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.18. If the User violates the payment procedure and terms established by this agreement, the Hotel has the right to recover the payment debt and may suspend the provision of services until the debt is paid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.20. The prices and payment terms specified in this agreement are contractual and confidential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.21. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept an order (reservation) for services in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lack of available rooms and\/or other Hotel services;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User has debts to the Hotel for previously provided services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providing false information - if the User provides false or incomplete personal data when making a reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No availability - in case there are no available places\/room categories on the requested date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of the rules of residence in the past - if the User has previously violated the rules of residence of the Hotel or created conflict situations with the staff or other guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of payment terms - in case of untimely or incomplete payment for services provided for in the booking terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presence of a ban on entry\/stay - if the person is on the list of persons prohibited from visiting the Hotel (including based on decisions of government bodies or internal security policies).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unwanted behavior during booking or check-in - aggression, inappropriate behavior, use of foul language, or threats towards staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intention to use the room for purposes other than its intended purpose - if there is a suspicion that the room is being booked for a purpose that contradicts the legislation of Ukraine, moral or ethical norms, or the Hotel&#039;s internal rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being in a state of severe alcohol or drug intoxication - if this may threaten the safety of the Guest, other persons or the Hotel&#039;s property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of the limit on the number of people - if the number of people planning to stay in the room exceeds the permissible norms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.22. In the event that the User pays for services directly at the place of provision of services on the day of registration, such a condition must be specified in the User&#039;s agreed order.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>6. \u041f\u043e\u0440\u044f\u0434\u043e\u043a \u0440\u043e\u0437\u0440\u0430\u0445\u0443\u043d\u043a\u0456\u0432<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. The Hotel&#039;s services, including additional ones, are provided to the User on a paid basis in accordance with the terms of the contract and the tariffs\/prices specified on the Hotel&#039;s website and\/or at the reception desk, menu, price lists, price lists, and other information documentation of the Hotel, taking into account the selected room category. The tariffs\/prices for the Hotel&#039;s services and their list are determined and changed exclusively by the sole decision of the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2. The right to receive\/use the Hotel Services is usually granted after payment for the relevant services, in accordance with the tariffs\/prices. The Hotel has the right to provide the User with services without prepayment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. In the event that the Hotel provides services without making a prepayment, the User is obliged to pay for such services on the day of departure according to the invoice issued in accordance with the prices specified in the Hotel&#039;s information documentation and\/or on the Hotel&#039;s website. In such a case, the User pays for the services provided (fulfills the terms of the Agreement) at the location of the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.4. The hotel has the right to apply a discount system for temporary accommodation services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.5. Payment for the Hotel&#039;s services can be made by non-cash payment, including Visa, MasterCard, Apple\/Google Pay payment cards via a payment terminal, an online payment system in the booking module on the website, and in cash by depositing funds at the hotel&#039;s cash desk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.6. Tourist tax is paid separately.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. \u041f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u0438\u043b\u0430 \u043a\u043e\u0440\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0443\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f \u043c\u0430\u0439\u043d\u043e\u043c \u0413\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044e<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1. The Hotel provides Users with furnished rooms for accommodation, equipped with household appliances, plumbing and other equipment. The Hotel rooms and common areas are insulated, have modern decoration, engineering networks, equipment, and complete set that meet all requirements at the time of commissioning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. Users must treat the Hotel&#039;s property with care, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements. In the event of damage to property, technical malfunctions, or emergencies (flooding, fire, broken glass, etc.), the receptionist must be immediately notified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3. After checking into the room, within one hour, the User has the right to notify the receptionist of any deficiencies in the decoration and equipment of the Hotel room. In the event of loss or damage due to the User&#039;s fault to property (including towels, bathrobes, dishes, furniture, various inventory, etc.) located on the territory of the Hotel, the User is obliged, within 3 calendar days, but no later than the date of departure from the Hotel, to compensate for the damage, the amount of which is determined: according to the prices specified in the Hotel&#039;s information documentation and\/or on the Hotel&#039;s website, and in the absence of such prices - by a commission consisting of: a receptionist and any other Hotel employee on transparent terms and at the market value of the lost or damaged property.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. \u041f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u0430 \u0456 \u043e\u0431\u043e\u0432\u2019\u044f\u0437\u043a\u0438 \u041a\u043e\u0440\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0443\u0432\u0430\u0447\u0456\u0432 \u043f\u043e\u0441\u043b\u0443\u0433 \u0437 \u0440\u043e\u0437\u043c\u0456\u0449\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0432 \u0413\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u0456<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1. Users of accommodation services have the right:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 use accommodation services and additional services in accordance with the procedure specified in the contract and other documents of the Hotel;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 receive complete and reliable information about the hours of access to the Hotel territory, the cost of services provided on the territory of the Hotel. Users of accommodation services are obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 unconditionally comply with the terms and conditions of the contract;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 respect the rights of other Hotel users;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 adhere to moral and ethical standards, refrain from using obscene language in public areas of the Hotel;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 protect the Hotel&#039;s property. In the event of loss or damage due to the User&#039;s fault to property (including towels, bedding, dishes, furniture, various inventory, etc.) located on the territory of the Hotel, the User is obliged to compensate for the damage within 3 calendar days, but no later than the date of departure from the Hotel, in accordance with the procedure specified in the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 comply with fire safety rules and rational (economical) use of electrical appliances and equipment of the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9. \u041f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u0430 \u0456 \u043e\u0431\u043e\u0432\u2019\u044f\u0437\u043a\u0438 \u0413\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044e<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.1. The hotel is obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 provide the User with paid services in a timely, high-quality and complete manner;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 inform the User about the services provided on the territory of the Hotel and the form and procedure for their payment;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 ensure full compliance of the services provided with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 respond promptly to requests from Users regarding the provision of temporary accommodation services, taking measures to eliminate breakdowns and accidents in the Hotel rooms as soon as possible (if it is impossible to eliminate an accident or breakdown in the room, another room of a category not lower than that agreed on the day of arrival is provided). In the event of providing a room of a lower category, the Hotel returns to the User the difference between the room prices, and in the event that the Hotel is unable to relocate the User to another room, the latter is returned 100% of the paid price for the day of stay in the room.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 be responsible for the completeness and serviceability of the equipment in the rooms, as well as for the quality of preparation of the room for occupancy;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is not responsible for money, belongings and any other material values left in the room, lost on the territory of the Hotel, or their disappearance for any reason. Also, given that the Hotel is located in the territory where water procedures are provided, the Hotel is not responsible for injuries suffered by Users as a result of using water procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.2. The hotel has the right:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 enter the Hotel room to clean or change linen, except in cases where the User has hung a sign with the inscription \u201cDo not disturb\u201d on the door handle from the outside;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 with prior agreement with the User, enter the Hotel room to check the water supply and air conditioning systems or eliminate deficiencies in their functioning;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 in the event of the end (coincidence) of the User&#039;s paid period of stay at the Hotel, agreed with the reception and 100%, and\/or the User&#039;s absence from the place of temporary residence for more than 2 hours without payment, to vacate the room independently, recording the process in the presence of at least two representatives of the Hotel (or using photo\/video recording), with subsequent preparation of a description of the items left by the User, and handing them over for storage (upon the User&#039;s request within a specified period);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 if the User violates public order more than twice, invite employees of the internal affairs bodies to clarify the circumstances and establish the facts of such violations;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>10. \u0412\u0438\u043c\u043e\u0433\u0438 \u0442\u0430 \u0437\u0430\u0431\u043e\u0440\u043e\u043d\u0438 \u043d\u0430 \u0442\u0435\u0440\u0438\u0442\u043e\u0440\u0456\u0457 \u0413\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044e<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.1. It is prohibited on the territory of the Hotel to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 invite and escort strangers into rooms;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 transfer the room key to third parties;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 store oversized items and objects in the room, except for suitcases (boxes, boxes larger than 100 x 100 x 100 cm);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 move furniture and interior items;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 smoke in rooms and other places not designated for smoking. Smoking in the Hotel premises is subject to a fine of 3000 (three thousand) UAH. Users who have the right to carry and store weapons are obliged to inform the reception on the day of arrival, presenting the relevant permits;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 knowingly pollute the Hotel territory with cigarette butts, garbage, etc.;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 throw any objects and things from balconies or windows;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 use your own irons, electric heaters, boilers, kettles, etc., which are not included in the room package.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.2. In the event of a violation by the User of the rules of conduct and\/or obligations specified in the relevant sections of the agreement, the reception has the right to refuse the User further provision of temporary accommodation services, and therefore stay on the territory of the Hotel, with the mandatory drawing up of a relevant act and, if necessary, with the involvement of law enforcement officers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11. \u0424\u043e\u0440\u0441-\u043c\u0430\u0436\u043e\u0440<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances: war, martial law in Ukraine, floods, earthquakes, fires, strikes, epidemics, changes in legislation, etc., the parties are partially or fully released from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.2. The Party for which it is impossible to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure circumstances is obliged to notify the other Party in writing about the time of onset and termination of these circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.3. The force majeure must be confirmed by the relevant competent authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.4. The Parties understand and agree that this Agreement is concluded by the Parties during the period of force majeure circumstances (force majeure circumstances), namely the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which became the basis for the introduction of martial law in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022 No. 64\/2022 \u201cOn the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine\u201d with continuation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.5. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine has certified that the specified circumstances from February &quot;24&quot; 2022 until their official end are extraordinary, unavoidable and objective circumstances for business entities and\/or individuals under the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.6. The Parties to the Agreement may refer to such circumstances as force majeure only if such circumstances actually exist. The hotel must take measures to eliminate the shortcomings of the service provided within the time limits specified in the technical specifications and the terms of restoration of the breakdown or service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.3. The Hotel is not liable for deficiencies in the services provided if it proves that they arose due to the fault of the User himself or as a result of force majeure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.4. The User is fully responsible for damage to the Hotel&#039;s property. This means that the User&#039;s confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) and their processing are fully protected. Third parties cannot obtain the User&#039;s personal and bank data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13.2. When working with card data, the information protection standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard \u2013 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is applied, which ensures the secure processing of the details of the Owner&#039;s Bank Card. The data transmission technology used guarantees the security of bank card transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14. \u041e\u0441\u043e\u0431\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0456 \u0434\u0430\u043d\u0456<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.1. The User consents to the unrestricted performance of any actions regarding the processing of his\/her personal data for the purpose of the Hotel and\/or the financial company conducting activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, fulfilling the terms of the concluded agreement on the provision of hotel services, exercising and protecting the rights of the parties under the concluded agreement on the provision of hotel services, performing other powers, functions, and duties that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the concluded agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15. \u0412\u0456\u0434\u0435\u043e\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0436\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.1. The territory of the Hotel, all entrances to it, internal staircases and corridors are monitored by video cameras. All information is registered, recorded on digital media and stored. Video surveillance is carried out for the purpose of safety of Users, their property, and the property of the Hotel. It is strictly forbidden to enter the territory of the Hotel, leave vehicles on the entrances and exits of the road near the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.3. The cost of breakfast is included in the total cost of accommodation, unless otherwise specified in the booking conditions. In case of non-appearance of the Guest for breakfast or refusal to pay for it, the cost of the service will not be compensated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. It is strictly forbidden to take food or drinks outside the buffet line area. Caf\u00e9 services are paid separately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.7. During the warm season, a summer terrace operates, which is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. The terrace menu corresponds to the seasonal offer and is also paid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.8. Payment for additional food services not included in the accommodation price is made at the reception or directly at the relevant catering establishment. Payment is possible in cash, by bank card or by crediting to the room account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.9. The Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the operating hours of food establishments, menus and service formats due to production needs, seasonality or other circumstances. Shipping of items is at the expense of the User.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">21. \u0420\u043e\u0437\u0456\u0440\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0434\u043e\u0433\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0443 \u0437\u0456 \u0441\u0442\u043e\u0440\u043e\u043d\u0438 \u0413\u043e\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044e.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">21.1 The Hotel may terminate the contract for the provision of temporary accommodation services early, without refunding the funds paid by the User for temporary accommodation, with simultaneous forced eviction from the Hotel territory in the event of:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 being in a state of severe alcohol and\/or drug and\/or toxic intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic substances;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 smoking in the rooms, as well as on the territory of the Hotel, except for places specially designated for this;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 storing or bringing weapons, explosives and flammable, corrosive, poisonous, narcotics and other dangerous objects and substances;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 violation of public order rules;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 violation of the rules of accommodation at the Hotel;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 violation of the provisions of the contract;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 systematic complaints from other Hotel Users about violations of their rights, freedoms, peace and security<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 carry out video surveillance in common areas to ensure the safety of the Hotel, Users and staff (except for rooms and sanitary areas);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 refuse to provide services or terminate their provision in the event of a threat to the life, health or safety of other Users, personnel or property of the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>22. \u0406\u043d\u0448\u0456 \u0443\u043c\u043e\u0432\u0438<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22.1. The relations between the Parties not regulated by this agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22.2. The Agreement is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22.3. The invalidity of individual provisions of this Agreement shall not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22.4. In the event of disputes arising under this Agreement, the Parties will take all measures to resolve them through negotiations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22.5. In the event that it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, disputes between the Parties shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of
